Lumière Apartments was Commended in the Mail on Sunday British Homes Awards for its innovative engineering solution and striking design. The organisers commented on the fact that a landmark building, derelict and vandalised for years, was now being brought back to life and would offer outstanding urban living in a fabulous location.
