Currently under development, this Grade II listed historic site is located in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, via the A34 Kingsway. The development will create 156 new homes. 39 of these will be conversion apartments and new-build townhouses, constructed within and around the listed former Barnes Hospital building itself. In addition, in the spacious grounds surrounding the Hospital will be 117 new-build, two, three and four bedroom family homes. These homes will have private front and rear gardens, with many also offering off-street parking.
Barnes Village has already been recognised in major national awards schemes, having won the coveted Gold Award for regeneration in the WhatHouse? Awards 2018, two International Property Awards 2018/19 and ‘Best New Development in the North’ in the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2017.
Barnes Village is around 70% sold, with only a few apartments remaining in the listed building. Selected new-build properties are ready to move into within weeks of reservation, with attractive incentives in many cases.
On site at Barnes Village is a beautiful show home with landscaped garden, supported by a fully-staffed sales centre open seven days a week. A new large three-bedroom show home will also be opening in Spring 2018.
